Some days ago we began writing about GGG (Garrett, Graveley & "Gas The Jews" Lozza) with their overlapping actions [1, 2]. We shall be covering this for weeks to come.

What does this mean to an already-underfunded (or overworked, understaffed) legal system? What does this mean to people who are vulnerable? 4 months ago we wrote about how an American used lawyers in London to smear his own American spouse. The way we read it, a person who portrays trans people as crazy is a transphobe, yet in Bluesky he pretends to be the exact opposite this week because his spouse talks, repeating claims that he had broken legs (plural) of a puppy and is now attempting to censor, not just in the UK but also in America.

It's one thing if an American uses the American legal system against another American. When an America comes to the UK to target an American (or some law firm in the UK uses Americans to besiege Brits), then we're dealing with a "legal monstrosity" of disconnected-in-nature legal systems - a matter of a disconcerting nature. This should be impermissible for many reasons. Libel law in the UK works very differently from the American equivalent.

When we began "SLAPP Censorship" more than half a year ago a British hired gun threatened my wife with prison because of the above "Puppy Breaker" from America.

Based on his own spouse, "Puppy Breaker" sounds more and more like Hans Reiser as the days go back. He became what he PRETENDED to have been against. He keeps projecting like a total hypocrite and is nowadays acting a lot like Harvey Weinstein when he could no longer contain secrets (spied on and tried to silence like 100 women he had abused). The same is true for Graveley. Garrett has this in common with Graveley, who ended up basically suing women he abused and people in other continents who merely mentioned it and even showed he was arrested.

Recently, these Americans managed to make a major mistake, so now they try to get the British public to clean up and pay for their own mess.

"One cannot speculate very accurately about what he knows," a reader has told us. "Though one can speculate *based on* what he *appears* to know..."

It seems to me like their own solicitors keep misleading them. Sooner or later they'll understand this. At this point we are witnessing gross misuse of public money in the UK (taxpayers pay to cover up for Americans), which is a reputational risk to the British legal system and courts in the UK, not to oversensitive and fouled-mouthed Americans who double-dip, engage in abuse of process, contempt of court, perjury etc. (many lies told by the fall guy and the firm rewards him for it) and sooner or later the politicians here will change the law, having observed misallocated resources (financial and more) for American men arrested for strangling American women [1, 2] and doing horrible things inside American companies.

It's of no use wasting British (and relatively scarce) resources on this, so the matter is being raised and will be properly tackled, over time.

A year ago (October 2025) the head of media (Jointly in Charge of the Media and Communications List), the judge in the Garrett case [1, 2], said that this case was a waste of the court's money. The next part will focus on the massive harm done by Garrett to all GNU/Linux users. We'll discuss how to tackle that serious harm. █
