Microsoft is in Trouble (With the Regime It Sponsored)

The news cycle - both today and last night - is full of reports about the "Microsoft ban", which ought to be extended (further). Accusing Vance of racism against Indians (the lion's share of applications in this case) won't work because is his wife and mother of his kids is of Indian descent. We see Microsoft-sponsored propaganda mills (such as GeekWire) trying to issue face-saving spin.
This latest development has caused a lot of negative publicity for Microsoft; Americans don't see Microsoft as the victim here, it's seen as an exploitative company, or... Microsoft is seen as a "racist" (unpatriotic) company that rejects its 'homeland'. That's a prevalent narrative this week, not only in MAGA-esque sites.
It seems like Microsoft paying the existing regime/dictatorship wasn't enough. █
