Game developers Rebellion Developments are seemingly looking into supporting Linux and thus perhaps even develop for the platform.

This will excite any developer and gamer who actually has their hands on some VR kit, Valve has updated the Steamworks API to officially include their VR API. This is course supports Linux.

The writer raises a good point about the appeal of native Windows games, and the much larger library of games for that platform. However, he assumes that that will be enough to keep people using the Windows version of Steam.
