Summary: A 'toxic mix' of enablers and cowards (who won't vote negatively on EPO proposals which they know to be unlawful) can serve to show that the EPO isn't a "social democracy" as Benoît Battistelli liked to call it; it's just a dictatorship, currently run by the son of a person who actually fought dictatorship
