It takes bribes from Microsoft to lobby for Microsoft, helping Microsoft against class action lawsuits for GPL violations, i.e. the very opposite of the OSI's mission. Mary Hardy (CELA) from Microsoft is in there, as usual. Their latest "debate" -- like previous ones -- is manned by Microsoft and sponsored by Microsoft.
