I don't think this is doing particularly much good (but I don't know
if you people are saying the same kind of things in private email as
you are here).

If we want to get this sorted out I think some of you will have to
talk to each other on the telephone, where it's much harder
to accidentally offend someone, for example.

I'm here for anyone who wants to talk to me: +44 1223 3 31579 or
+44 1223 3 34676 - but I wasn't involved in this particular decision
so I'm not likely to be much help :-/.
