need volunteer to help Carl with archives this weekend

I think we'll need a volunteer to help move some of the files from Incoming
to the Debian archive this weekend. Carl must be busy or something - one
of the machines at cae.wisc.edu says he logged in yesterday, but he hasn't
returned my mail. We need those files moved into the main archive so that
the mirrors will pick them up.
