Volunteers who gave many years of their lives are picked out at random for cruel social experiments. The former DPL's girlfriend Molly de Blanc is given volunteers to experiment on for her crazy talks. These volunteers never consented to be used like lab rats. We don't either. debian-private can no longer be a safe space for the cabal. Let these monsters have nowhere to hide. Volunteers are not disposable. We stand with the victims.

Yes, this would in principle be possible, and in practice it might
even get implemented at some point.

However, this would have to be a global decision for all package
maintainers - there's no way we can keep a list of who does and
doesn't want this.

So, if the consensus is that this ought to be done I'll get around to
implementing it at some point.
