The debian-private mailing list leak, part 1. Volunteers have complained about Blackmail. Lynchings. Character assassination. Defamation. Cyberbullying. Volunteers who gave many years of their lives are picked out at random for cruel social experiments. The former DPL's girlfriend Molly de Blanc is given volunteers to experiment on for her crazy talks. These volunteers never consented to be used like lab rats. We don't either. debian-private can no longer be a safe space for the cabal. Let these monsters have nowhere to hide. Volunteers are not disposable. We stand with the victims.

A debian-user list in local language is a great thing, and a big
engagement for you. I prefere to follow the local newsgroup tring to
answer all debian's specific question, but I'm alone :-(

About documentation translation I prefere to use the li.org lists,
mainly because these documents are not specific to Debian, and so the
audience could be larger.
For all the other aspects there are very few that are specific only to
french, while there are others that should reach US developers (I don't
say "english" because also British users have locale problems, and
someone even language problems :-)

The goal of building a multilanguage Debian will affect also US
developers (as they should compile using particular options and manage
documentation also in other languages ...), and I won't to discuss
something, reach a consensus and later put all again in discussion with
english-only developers.

For these reasons I would prefere that this discussion be in
debian-devel, and, as a second chance, create a debian-int list and try
to use english, although such a list could/should be much more tollerant
on the use of some other language, for particular arguments.
