The debian-private mailing list leak, part 1. Volunteers have complained about Blackmail. Lynchings. Character assassination. Defamation. Cyberbullying. Volunteers who gave many years of their lives are picked out at random for cruel social experiments. The former DPL's girlfriend Molly de Blanc is given volunteers to experiment on for her crazy talks. These volunteers never consented to be used like lab rats. We don't either. debian-private can no longer be a safe space for the cabal. Let these monsters have nowhere to hide. Volunteers are not disposable. We stand with the victims.

Debian fund-raising.

Is it possible to make tax-deductible donations to Debian at this time,
or is that what this 501 (or whatever number it was) stuff is for? I am
gradually adding Debian machines to people's lives at my work. Myself, a
graduate student, have little money to donate, but if it were
tax-deductible, I'd have a good shot at getting some anual donations from
people who are using $1500 Debian machines with better than 1/3 the
performance of $20,000 Sun Workstations--we did a recent benchmark of a
P100 running Linux v.s. a Sun Ultrasparc II using one of its 200MHz
processors for an FPU intensive computation.

But I digress. I'd buy a T-shirt right now to help pay for the domain,
etc.

Thanks. Syrus.
