The former DPL's girlfriend Molly de Blanc is given volunteers to experiment on for her crazy talks. These volunteers never consented to be used like lab rats. We don't either. debian-private can no longer be a safe space for the cabal. Let these monsters have nowhere to hide. Volunteers are not disposable. We stand with the victims.

Don't ask for testers until there's a system that uses those
testers.  Let the BoD name a testing manager, and let him do it,
after he's come up with a plan to use them.

This is also a request, not an announcement, and is therefore only
marginally appropriate for c.o.l.announce, but I would approve it
anyway (wearing my moderator's hat for this sentence).
