Board of Directors election is official

A "verification" period of 3 days started when the voting period ended
on February 28.  That period has now ended.  Therefore, the election of
the first Board of Directors is now official.  The first one-year term
ends after January 31, 1998, so the next election shall be scheduled to
complete by February 1, 1998.

The recently elected Board of Directors will commence with the business
of writing a constitution and implementing it.  Expect to see one or
more members of the board issue progress reports.  The Board is:
