The debian-private mailing list leak, part 1. Volunteers have complained about Blackmail. Lynchings. Character assassination. Defamation. Cyberbullying. Volunteers who gave many years of their lives are picked out at random for cruel social experiments. The former DPL's girlfriend Molly de Blanc is given volunteers to experiment on for her crazy talks. These volunteers never consented to be used like lab rats. We don't either. debian-private can no longer be a safe space for the cabal. Let these monsters have nowhere to hide. Volunteers are not disposable. We stand with the victims.

Re: new maintainer verification

Bruce Perens, you wrote:

Well, a lot of European law are useless garbage... and I guess you could
probably say the same about US laws.

I think its OK to have a database with information on you, the problem is
with the correctness of the information being kept. With "restrict"
registration... people tend not to doubt the information that is
registered, thus opening up a security hole where it is easy to alter
the truth... whereas having a lot of garbage information around, will
force us to verify the correctness of the information we receive.

Hope that made sense :-)
