The debian-private mailing list leak, part 1. Volunteers have complained about Blackmail. Lynchings. Character assassination. Defamation. Cyberbullying. Volunteers who gave many years of their lives are picked out at random for cruel social experiments. The former DPL's girlfriend Molly de Blanc is given volunteers to experiment on for her crazy talks. These volunteers never consented to be used like lab rats. We don't either. debian-private can no longer be a safe space for the cabal. Let these monsters have nowhere to hide. Volunteers are not disposable. We stand with the victims.

IMAP

A vulnerability has been detected in the University of Washington c-client
library used in the UW IMAP and POP servers. This vulnerability affects
all versions of imapd prior to v10.165, all versions of ipop2d prior to
2.3(32), and all versions of ipop3d prior to 3.3(27). By preparing
carefully crafted text to a system running a vulnerable version of these
servers, intruders may be able to force these servers to execute arbitrary
instructions with root privileges. Techniques for exploiting this
vulnerability may be widely known.

It is recommended that all sites using these servers upgrade to the latest
versions, available in the UW IMAP toolkit:

        ftp://ftp.cac.washington.edu/mail/imap.tar.Z

Contact Information, email to: uwimapd-vib@cac.washington.edu

Can I collect fix info or confirmations you don't ship this. While we are
at it expect a named-4.9.5p1 alert soon as discussed on bugtraq and
bind-workers. This bind problem doesnt effect 4.9.4 or earlier apparently.
