New pgp public key - what should I do?

Hello.

I want to ask for your advice at this one. In the past month I've
been having problems with my pgp keys all around the net, somehow I
managed to damage my pgp sec key-ring. So I need to to make a brand
new pgp sec key and public key, so the question is - what should I
do with all the material signed by the old one (I mean debian
material) and how/where should I "install" the new one.
