The debian-private mailing list leak, part 1. Volunteers have complained about Blackmail. Lynchings. Character assassination. Defamation. Cyberbullying. Volunteers who gave many years of their lives are picked out at random for cruel social experiments. The former DPL's girlfriend Molly de Blanc is given volunteers to experiment on for her crazy talks. These volunteers never consented to be used like lab rats. We don't either. debian-private can no longer be a safe space for the cabal. Let these monsters have nowhere to hide. Volunteers are not disposable. We stand with the victims.

IMHO not computer literate people won't use, I mean, won't install
Unix, cause it's too hard for them. The announcement must be
addressed to computer literate people. Most illiterate users can't
install Microsoft products on their boxes, let alone configure the
network. They hire computer "professinals" to do it for them. Yes,
they will be able to use Unix (Debian Linux for example), but it's
their sysadmins' job to convert them to this new religion. What would
you say to a computer illiterate? That we are 32 bit and multitasking
and have great networking and can run FTP/HTTP/mail/news/whatever
servers? Will they get it? The only thing they would understand is
that it's cheap, and then they would say, "if they're cheap, let alone
free, they're not so good, because if they were good, they were demand
more money for them". IMHO you must talk to computer literates, even
DOS users who understand what they're doing.

Just my 0.07 shekels,
Vadik.
