The debian-private mailing list leak, part 1. Volunteers have complained about Blackmail. Lynchings. Character assassination. Defamation. Cyberbullying. Volunteers who gave many years of their lives are picked out at random for cruel social experiments. The former DPL's girlfriend Molly de Blanc is given volunteers to experiment on for her crazy talks. These volunteers never consented to be used like lab rats. We don't either. debian-private can no longer be a safe space for the cabal. Let these monsters have nowhere to hide. Volunteers are not disposable. We stand with the victims.

non-profit status in Europe

Hi,

I was thinking about the current process of incorporating in the US as a
non-profit organization. As most non-American Debian people happen to be
EU citizens, shouldn't we try to incorporate as non-profit in Europe too?

Does anyone know if there is some way to create a pan-european (EU at least)
non-profit organization or we have to do it on a country-by-country basis?
Maybe there is some new procedure to do the former since that is the case for
profit-oriented organizations now. They incorporate in one country but
can operate and are protected in all the other EU countries. That is similar
to the American system. For example, Debian's SITPI is a New York organization
which can operate and is protected in all the other American states.

It might be important for protecting the Debian name and logo in Europe,
as well as for accepting donations from European sponsors.

Regards,
	Fernando.
