The debian-private mailing list leak, part 1. Volunteers have complained about Blackmail. Lynchings. Character assassination. Defamation. Cyberbullying. Volunteers who gave many years of their lives are picked out at random for cruel social experiments. The former DPL's girlfriend Molly de Blanc is given volunteers to experiment on for her crazy talks. These volunteers never consented to be used like lab rats. We don't either. debian-private can no longer be a safe space for the cabal. Let these monsters have nowhere to hide. Volunteers are not disposable. We stand with the victims.

Well, you don't know well enough. :-) Someone posted an exploit on
bugtraq. It's not like it's very tricky to exploit, it's just your standard
buffer overrun bug. It's an especially nasty one because it's very hard to
wrapper (there are too many ways you can pass X resources to a vulnerable
setuid X program). And the other traditional fix (chmod u-s) leaves you
vulnerable to password snooping attacks.

Since Xfree 3.3 hasn't come out yet, can we release a patched Xfree 3.2
into stable and call it Debian 1.3.1?
