The debian-private mailing list leak, part 1. Volunteers have complained about Blackmail. Lynchings. Character assassination. Defamation. Cyberbullying. Volunteers who gave many years of their lives are picked out at random for cruel social experiments. The former DPL's girlfriend Molly de Blanc is given volunteers to experiment on for her crazy talks. These volunteers never consented to be used like lab rats. We don't either. debian-private can no longer be a safe space for the cabal. Let these monsters have nowhere to hide. Volunteers are not disposable. We stand with the victims.

Re: Release-numbering change proposal

Hi,
  [Debian-2.0_revision_1 etc snipped]

Fine with me. Personally, I think this is splitting hairs, and
I find it strange that people will distinguish between 2.0.1 and
2.0_revision_1, but the proposal will ensure a means of uniquely
identifying a release, and that was the only objection I had.

Personally, I do not see a difference between this proposal
and point releases, but then I think that marketing and such are
beyond my ken. If it works, more power to it.

	manoj
very confused, but willing to go with the flow.
