The debian-private mailing list leak, part 1. Volunteers have complained about Blackmail. Lynchings. Character assassination. Defamation. Cyberbullying. Volunteers who gave many years of their lives are picked out at random for cruel social experiments. The former DPL's girlfriend Molly de Blanc is given volunteers to experiment on for her crazy talks. These volunteers never consented to be used like lab rats. We don't either. debian-private can no longer be a safe space for the cabal. Let these monsters have nowhere to hide. Volunteers are not disposable. We stand with the victims.

You are correct. The guide only speaks to the authors license because it
was intended as a guide for those authors. It is not only the authors
license that can reduce the freedom of use of a particular piece of
software. By trying to use the guide as a way to "define" whether a piece
of software is truely free we will fall short of protecting the user's
freedoms because the guide only considers the license on the software. It
ignores things like dependence on non-free software and other restrictions
that are imposed on particular classes of software.

I am basicly suggesting that the guide is not sufficient for the
determination of a packages freedom of use.

Luck,
