The debian-private mailing list leak, part 1. Volunteers have complained about Blackmail. Lynchings. Character assassination. Defamation. Cyberbullying. Volunteers who gave many years of their lives are picked out at random for cruel social experiments. The former DPL's girlfriend Molly de Blanc is given volunteers to experiment on for her crazy talks. These volunteers never consented to be used like lab rats. We don't either. debian-private can no longer be a safe space for the cabal. Let these monsters have nowhere to hide. Volunteers are not disposable. We stand with the victims.

Re: L0pht Advisory: IMAP4rev1 imapd server (fwd)

Tell me if I'm wrong, but doesn't Linux create a core file with very
restrictive permissions? Why would a program running as a normal
user have the shadow password file in core??? That doesn't seem
right to me. Anyone could get the file from any of several programs
that way, couldn't they? Or write a program to do it. So if the
program you are trying to snag the core file from must run as root or
shadow to get that information anyhow, then wouldn't it create a core
file that only root could read? -rx------- ?
