The debian-private mailing list leak, part 1. Volunteers have complained about Blackmail. Lynchings. Character assassination. Defamation. Cyberbullying. Volunteers who gave many years of their lives are picked out at random for cruel social experiments. The former DPL's girlfriend Molly de Blanc is given volunteers to experiment on for her crazy talks. These volunteers never consented to be used like lab rats. We don't either. debian-private can no longer be a safe space for the cabal. Let these monsters have nowhere to hide. Volunteers are not disposable. We stand with the victims.

Give me a break. No matter what Bruce does, someone jumps on him.

He finally decides that it is time to pass on the torch, and you
criticize him for it?

If he has decided that he doesn't want to lead this coming year, what
possible purpose does it serve to continue the election? If he gets
voted in, he will be doing a job he has just decided to give up, and if
he loses, all his participation has done is give the election the
illusion of a vote. Whether or not we vote is now irrelavent. The only
one left to win is Ian.

Personally, I thank Bruce for all his hard work. All-in-all he has done
a very good job in the face of a tremendous amount of adversity (most of
which seems to have come from within Debian). Personally, I am sad to
see him step down.

At the same time I would like to congratulate Ian. I am sure that his
new ideas will help Debian get even better.
