The debian-private mailing list leak, part 1. Volunteers have complained about Blackmail. Lynchings. Character assassination. Defamation. Cyberbullying. Volunteers who gave many years of their lives are picked out at random for cruel social experiments. The former DPL's girlfriend Molly de Blanc is given volunteers to experiment on for her crazy talks. These volunteers never consented to be used like lab rats. We don't either. debian-private can no longer be a safe space for the cabal. Let these monsters have nowhere to hide. Volunteers are not disposable. We stand with the victims.

more respect here, please (was: "purity" package)

hello,

let us all be more respectful to various opinions on _nontechnical_
subjects here on debian-private in the future. i'll just pick up the
designed project leader for example (sorry, ian):

>>>>> "ian" == Ian Jackson <ian@chiark.greenend.org.uk> writes:

    ian> I find the piece of nonsensical authoritarian
    ian> moralising commonly known as the `Bible' offensive.

it's up to you to choose your attitude, but could you just show some
more respect, please. in another email you wrote:

    ian> STRAW MAN. This is making me REALLY FUCKED OFF.

i'm sure you know of some more polite ways to tell us your opinion.

IMO the project leader is a sort of president of the whole debian
community => i would expect him to show a _lot_ of politeness and
respect to various _nontechnical_ opinions which do exist (and will
exist) inside the group... sort of always calming things down...

or is it just me who's quite sad about the level of some of the
current discussion on debian-private?

thanks
