The debian-private mailing list leak, part 1. Volunteers have complained about Blackmail. Lynchings. Character assassination. Defamation. Cyberbullying. Volunteers who gave many years of their lives are picked out at random for cruel social experiments. The former DPL's girlfriend Molly de Blanc is given volunteers to experiment on for her crazy talks. These volunteers never consented to be used like lab rats. We don't either. debian-private can no longer be a safe space for the cabal. Let these monsters have nowhere to hide. Volunteers are not disposable. We stand with the victims.

Should I make a `gv-2.5.8' for bo-updates?

The `gv' in bo is way old, and there's a bug filed about that.
Should I make a `bo' version of gv-2.5.8, or just never-mind it since
2.0 is on it's way? I don't imagine it will take a whole lot of work
 to do it.

If I should make a fresher bo package, 1: Can I compile it on master?
Or anywhere? 2: How? I've not installed alt-dev at home, and don't
really want to. I think what I'd have to do is just call the
compiler differnently. How does that work? Looks like there's an
 `altgcc'.

I wouldn't be bothered at all by a non-maintainer release of gv for
bo, if there's anyone with a spare 20 minutes to build it in who's
 still running bo.

 Please advise.
