The debian-private mailing list leak, part 1. Volunteers have complained about Blackmail. Lynchings. Character assassination. Defamation. Cyberbullying. Volunteers who gave many years of their lives are picked out at random for cruel social experiments. The former DPL's girlfriend Molly de Blanc is given volunteers to experiment on for her crazy talks. These volunteers never consented to be used like lab rats. We don't either. debian-private can no longer be a safe space for the cabal. Let these monsters have nowhere to hide. Volunteers are not disposable. We stand with the victims.

I agree. This is completely ridiculous. This is a *volunteer*
project. It's not like there's something sneaky going on that could
eventually *force* anyone to do something they don't agree with.
People act like there's a cabal that's plotting to eventually take
away their rights or something.

There are things I don't agree with now and then. I speak my mind,
and after I think I've said what's relevant, I wait to see what
happens. If I can live with the result (even if I don't absolutely
love it), I shut up. If something happens that I absolutely can't
live with, and I'm in the minority, I can always just leave.
Continual agitation over the same issues is excessively tedious.

IMO The issues that have been decided by fiat (and have stuck) were
all either minor things, or things that most developers agreed with
(or could live with). If not, they wouldn't have stuck. It's as
simple as that.

Now can we please get on with real work?
