Bill Gates travels with Ballmer to perform these acts of extortion.

The main difference between Bill Gates and Steve Ballmer is that the latter hasn’t yet employed vast amounts of PR people to work full-time on reputation laundering. It’s ironic given that Ballmer — not Gates — married a woman from Waggener Edstrom.
