Red Hat are right to ignore them and let the rest of the world point and laugh at them.

If Oracle really, really want Red Hat to drop its price … they need to certify on CentOS. That’ll bugger ‘em. Red Hat’s actual service is dismal in my experience, and the only reason people buy RHEL is to meet a vendor certification or because it’s easier to get past a CTO if you’re paying someone. Which is less than fortunate for the continued development of RHEL, but oh well.
