I just did a Google News search on Windows 8. Here’s 7 getting the best press they’ve had in years – and even I, noted Microsoft disliker and target of astroturfers, think Windows 7 is actually a pretty good shot, very nice to use and wouldn’t be a disaster on business desktops – and they’re already throwing it over the side?

The Register article is particularly hilarious. Windows 8 will have $DATABASE_FILESYSTEM!
