Specifically, they seem to be manipulating Canonical into using Ubuntu to go after Google’s Android. Way to divide and conquer.

Time for the community to steer new users to Mint or gNewSense. Those past the beginner stage can easily handle Fedora or Debian, but the polish for beginners is available at Mint. Kubunta has also been spun off, but still has the name, which is starting to get soiled.
