Are layoffs bad? Depends how you spin it... Just tell the BBC to make something up about 'HEY HI' to paint layoffs as another Microsoft 'innovation'

Summary: The public is expected to simply ignore the fact that Microsoft is laying off employees (again); instead we’re expected to think it’s all about Microsoft being very brilliant and innovative
