And the lies and misstatements made here by MICHAEL RUDRA NATH aka JASON CHRISTOPHER HUGHES spread right here were a helpful factor in getting it back up so quickly. There was no involvement on the part of LAW ENFORCEMENT whatsoever, contrary to Mr. Nath/Hughes' lies.

He's lied to my ISP, he's committed perjury with his DMCA complaints, and?if he has, in fact, contacted LAW ENFORCEMENT at all, which is unlikely?he's filed false reports with them. One question for Lefty, wouldn't you be better off ignoring sandALfoan all together? Don't you think he'll eventually get bored?

There is, unfortunately, no way an obsessive lunatic like Michael Rudra Nath/Jason Christopher Hughes is going to get bored. He's been harassing me in this fashion since around 2003, and he's done much the same to others since the mid-90s, at the latest.

An example:

I have maintained the domain stonemirror.net for close to a decade. A few years ago, I happened to mention in my blog, prior to going to bed one evening, that I thought I'd register the domain stonemirror.org as well. He fraudulently?all of the contact information was bogus?registered that domain before I'd woken up, put my name all over it, filled it up with pro-NAMBLA material, and demanded that I pay him $3500 for control of the domain. Obviously, I declined.

I was obliged to shut down his use of that domain multiple times as he recreated it across a number of "put your web site up for free" sites until I could get the registrar to verify that the contact information was completely fictitious and locked him out of the domain record. (Using a fraudulent identity to register a web domain is actually a Federal felony charge, as it happens.)

He just happened to leave the country for an extended period right after that little incident?go figure?immediately subsequent to obtaining a legal (sorta: he actually committed perjury) name change to MICHAEL RUDRA NATH from his previously-changed name (also under circumstances of perjury) of MANUEL LUIS ARSUPIAL, the name he'd assumed after his birth name of JASON CHRISTOPHER HUGHES went south for him, under somewhat unclear circumstances.

So, that's my side of the story. I'll be entertained, I'm certain, to see his version.

In any case, when he starts taking his criminal stalking to the point where he's attempting to interfere with the employment of completely uninvolved members of my family by sending out thousands of pieces of hateful email to equally uninvolved third-parties out of a clear blue sky, then no, I'm not "better off ignoring" him.

I'm better off putting every possible effort into getting his sorry, demented ass thrown in the slammer, and obtaining a court order barring him from the Internet until he's too arthritic to type and too blind to read.

I have ignored Lefty for years on end, only to find that his insanity has amalmagated "me" with the dozen or so other mentally ill bloggers he harrasses- chiefly one self styled 'aktiophi'. Then I find my name and my unauthorized image attached to their crazy rants. This will only end when Grampa Lefty is locked away or finally just fucking dies. He is, after all, in his 60's and he is a chain smoker. He crossed a line stealing nude photos of me and publishing them, that is beyond Trolling - it is harassment and it is illegal.

The same regarding his scouring of civil court documents to acquire my marriage license, etc. He used this information to harass and stalk my entire extended family including my now deceased grandmother.

We've seen this fellow's propensity for sockpuppetry, both here and on LXer.com. Those "dozen or so other mentally ill bloggers" are all living inside his head, I'm afraid.

It's pretty obvious as well that he's a pathological liar.

I am, in fact, 53 and in excellent health. I did a 140 km. walking pilgrimage over the course of a week this past summer in Tokushima Prefecture on the island of Shikoku in Japan, visiting 23 Buddhist temples, and climbing two 500 m. mountains in one day. I've got the photos and the book full of stamps and calligraphy from each temple to prove it, too.
