    A few months ago, I blogged about a change for Plasma 6.2 to show a once-a-year system notification asking for a donation, starting on December 1st. Various reasons and justifications were given in that post, so I wont repeat them here. Instead, since December 1st was yesterday in most of the world, its time to check in on the day 1 experience!
