[11:33]	schestowitz[TR2]	@dm I believe you are looking at the 2021 partnership incorrectly. IBM was selling Intel their design and packaging technology. IBM called it a partnership, but it really was a licensing agreement

Roadmap 2015 was just as successful as the Hindenburg and Titanic. Quantum is just another "1890s parlor trick", just like Watson was, conjured up by a dying, irrelevant company.
