schestowitz[TR2]If execs at IBM want to hire at lower band levels or demote people, then abandon the whole band level structure at IBM. It is way outdated and probably 100+ years old. Have smaller incremental progressions in an employees promotion path so promotions are more frequent based on performance. The band levels salary range have overlapped for some time now.May 19 20:49
