I had to show not only I could walk on water but under my feet it all turned to wine. This was as an IC who could do strategy. The panel was arrogant and di-kish and it took me two tries. It became impossible to get into the new cliques. They had their own people to protect and their own jobs. When I showed them the water walking, turning it into wine, the new management said "meh! I was STSM barely 5 years before Arvind blow torched my career and dumped me in this evil, awful job market.
