[19:16]	IsambardPrince	There are some  redistricting requirements, but the US Supreme Court is set to throw them out later this year, including that districts have to not be an illegal racial gerrymander, and that they must all have about the same population.

Without the amendment, the Democrats in Illinois could put as many or as few people in each district as they wanted to and take all 17 districts that way. It would make gerrymandering incredibly efficient.
