Kangaroo Courts Serving Patent Trolls: Team UPC Breaking the International Law Again, This Time in Milan (Fake 'Courts' for Patents) and Patent Trolls Take Advantage
THIS was so predictable.
Just as we warned all along, patent trolls are taking advantage of the illegal, unconstitutional 'court' that Team UPC is illegally spreading to more places [1,2] in defiance of the Vienna Convention. Sites bribed to lobby for this crime [3] and to even produce fake news (working for those illegal outcomes/ends) are now openly admitting that patent trolls leverage the Kangaroo Courts, in effect vindicating us or proving us right.
