Overpaid lawyer & Debian miss WIPO deadline

Debian gangsters promise to continue their vendetta despite missing WIPO's deadline.
We have all seen those horrendously long discussion threads that take place in Debian from time to time. We wonder if the Debian trademark team, Brian Gupta and Taowa Munene-Tardif (Rosetwig) have involved the lawyer in one of those endless threads. The lawyer's phone may well be chiming with the sound of a cash register each time a new Debian email comes in.
Nonetheless, apart from the budget blowout, the other problem with these endless email discussions from indecisive volunteers is that it is impossible to meet deadlines. █

Our thanks for your 9 May email which we acknowledge receipt of. In light of this morning's deemed withdrawal of it without prejudice to the Complainants' right to submit a different Complaint UDRP Rule 4 (d), we will shortly be filing that new Complaint including recently received examples of bad faith in the operation of the confirmed Respondent's disputed domain. In addition we request that the Center uses the already submitted fee for the purposes of re-submitting the Complaint under Rule 5 (c) of the WIPO Supplemental Rules given this notification of intention to re-submit.
