Anti-Assange Provocations in Our IRC Network
SOME previously-unseen racist and homophobic accounts have entered our IRC network for the sole reason/purpose of attacking Julian Assange. 100% of what they say is an attack on Assange and his Wikileaks associate, Jacob Appelbaum.
We suspect it is the Microsofters, using a fresh batch of aliases, attacking Assange in our IRC network this past week, especially this week (i.e. today). We must have struck a nerve then.
Alright, so we need to cover more of the same.
Having recently regained focus on Assange, for he was freed from prison, we can go back to refuting old lies; it is one form of prebunking/debunking; we need to keep pounding with facts, instead of reciting or giving visibility to falsehoods. Julian's wife tells us there is FUD. She says some media does hit pieces (in Canada), but she relies on the same censorship machine ("X") that kept suspending her mother in law, Christine Assange. Twitter/Shitter/X is going down the drain, so we'll try to reproduce here relevant, original, new material, not curated by Elon Musk and his journalist-cooking sponsors from KSA.
The general rule of thumb is, if we're being baselessly attacked for covering the Assange saga, then we need more of that, not less. █
