statCounter Starts Publishing Preliminary August Data, We Start With Belarus and Russia
Some news sites are beginning to notice the latest from statCounter ("Linux hits another all-time high for July 2024 according to Statcounter" and maybe more to come). One thing we notice so far in August is that Russia's GNU/Linux estimates rose to 3% and Android is up to 40% in Belarus (screenshots below). We'll share other observations once we've fully caught up (we're back from a short holiday). █
