Vista 11 has already been out for 3 years and it's hardly adopted, unlike prior versions of Windows, even though many new PCs come with Vista 11 ("Windows 11") preinstalled against or despite users' will.

In India, which shows faster GNU/Linux adoption, the number of Vista 11 users seems to be going down.

Are those people deleting the Microsoft OS to use GNU/Linux instead? █
