In Switzerland, GNU/Linux Reaches Record Highs, But What About the Corruption?

WE HAVE only just noticed that Swiss usage of GNU/Linux as measured by statCounter jumped to its highest level in over a decade, but yesterday we also saw Daniel Pocock's rants about the legal system in Switzerland basically being a sham. Fake law firms exist and the state does not properly deal with them, nor does it try to help the victims. Pocock is a GNU/Linux developer who is among the victims, so this is very relevant. We often see injustice and a lack of accountability in our communities, especially as far as IBM and GAFAM go. They're basically above the law. They also rob volunteers.

Pocock is a disappointed citizen of Switzerland. He left Switzerland for Ireland (EU) to run for MEP and then (now) MP.

Here are two new articles of his about a fake legal insurance, a scam ("scheme") perpetrated by white-collar criminals whom the state and even national broadcast helped.

Litigium: Nati Gomez, Mathieu Parreaux, jurist who didn't pass bar exam on cross-border radio program with Benjamin Smadja

Radio Lac is the third most popular radio station in the Lake Geneva region covering Switzerland and France.

The reception area includes all the lakeside cities of Geneva, Nyon, Morges, Lausanne, Vevey and Montreux as well as the cross-border regions.

The transmitter for the region of Geneva is actually situated on Mount Saléve, at the cable car station in French territory. The inhabitants of French cities Annemasse, Thonon, Evian, Saint-Julien-en-Genevois, Saint-Genis-Pouilly, Ferney-Voltaire, Gex and Divonne are in the reception area.

The jurists of Mathieu Parreaux published several documents about their legal insurance services for cross-border commuters and residents of France.

In our last blog we discovered that Monsieur Parreaux didn't pass the bar exam either in Switzerland or in France.

Each week, Mathieu Parreaux and his colleague Nati Gomez responded to legal questions on the radio program of Benjamin Smadja, Radio Lac (Media One Group).

The insurance company gained 20,000 clients. How many clients found Parreaux, Thiébaud & Partners thanks to free publicity on Radio Lac? How many clients killed themselves?

A program from 5 November 2018 where they discuss customs charges for cross-border commuters.

Daniel Pocock, author of this site passed the amateur radio exam at age 14

He has provided many services on a voluntary basis since he was 14 years old. Why do the Swiss jurists insult the families of unpaid volunteers? Is that racism?

Clémence Lamirand published an article in AGEFI, Mathieu Parreaux never passed the bar exam

A news report was published by Clémence Lamirand at the bureau AGEFI.

She wrote (original in French) The cabinet is young, like the majority of employees who work there. The founder, Mathieu Parreaux, has not yet passed the bar exam. For the moment, the business is his priority, the final exams will come later.

The reporter, Madame Lamirand doesn't pose difficult questions. Journalists in Switzerland fear criminal prosecution for writing any form of inconvenient truth.
