Why Mike Magee Created and Was Involved in So Many News Sites About Technology
British legend
For the record, Mr. Magee created many news sites: The Register, The Inquirer, TechEye, ChannelEye, and maybe more (he was at least involved in several more).
Against all odds he survived till age 74 and his first "baby" will turn 35 in a few years (it was founded in 1994).
Here's one thing people must remember:
Wikipedia has many issues of its own (it's basically a Public Relations platform there days, probably still the Web's most reputable Public Relations platform), but that's just what it says about Magee (until some PR agency decides to omit that part about him [1, 2], even posthumously, citing some excuses like "it's old" or "it's not important").
The erratic and unpredictable nature of Wikipedia (it depends on who pays the bribes [1, 2]) is why we have made the screenshot above. █
