The Rumour Was Right, Today is the Second Large Wave of Microsoft Layoffs in 2025
It has only been two weeks since the year began
Early this morning we cited a rumour about "X" day or "x day" (Microsoft mass layoffs) being scheduled for the 15th. The media helps confirm this now.
The images above are links. The headlines, however, are fact-checked and self-explanatory. Here are some more:
- Microsoft gaming division hit with further layoffs
- Microsoft lays off employees in security, experiences and devices, sales, and gaming — separate from performance cuts
- Microsoft makes more job cuts in its games business
- Microsoft makes layoffs across several divisions including gaming
- Microsoft Reportedly Lays Off More Employees

We saw several more. Microsoft cannot contain this "bad press".
Microsoft tried to distract from this through media operatives. Will Facebook ("Meta") layoffs be enough to distract from Microsoft?
Microsoft is not a rich company. It's good at faking it. The media plays along with the lies (without even fact-checking). It stages "success" when the reality is massive debt - few companies in debt as large as the total GDP of Taiwan or Poland. █
