statCounter says GNU/Linux now exceeds 10% in Cuba
If statCounter is to be relied upon, Windows is down to just 12% in Cuba, Vista 11 is just 18% of those (it was released in 2021!), and as shown below, GNU/Linux makes nice gains:
It's similar in Venezuela, where GNU/Linux grew to 9%. Venezuela is also defiant in the face of US economic pressure, so there's a commonality here.
Traffic-wise, the Web does not change much (except bots), so there's probably a reliable measure here. "Maybe economic nationalism will be bad for Microsoft," Ryan said in IRC about an hour ago. █
