Sites Reporting Crimes and Getting Harassed for Reporting Crimes

THIS afternoon we continue an exploratory and explanatory series. It's a batch of posts explaining how thugs from Microsoft (people who actually assault women!) try to censor us. Yesterday we mentioned how we had received rude interactions from a small and debt-saddled litigation firm of profound notoriety (other law firms mock it for taking on cases where there's no prospect of winning, just as long as some fools carry on paying and receiving more invoices... basically money down the drain!). We don't need to name the firm or the people in it. It's nothing personal, except they actively represent aggressive men who attack women; one wonders what women in this law firm think and feel about that.
They're what someone whom we sued [1, 2] referred to as "funny" for a "reduced rate" or nominal fee (back in December 2023). You get what you pay for. These people are taking money from despicable people and are then converting that money into threatening words in bundles of papers or draft/outdated PDFs that 'fake' being something of real merit and/or from an actual court. Where do they derive their authority from? A licence to practice law? You can lose that, those can be revoked for misuse and lawyers can be disbarred. At 'best' they get away with 'only' fines.
Either way, our posts will focus only on the facts and we'll accompany them with evidence, at the very least so as to enable readers to verify what we say (high-quality evidence tends to settle all doubt). We're in no particular hurry because we have plenty of other topics to cover. Why waste time feeding mobsters who do drugs and strangle women? It would be akin to "feeding the trolls", except these ones cannot be trivially ignored if they game the system.
In order to not lose track of our main or "real" topics we'll probably relegate (frequency-wise) these issues to once or twice a day, just as we did last year when we explained crimes committed against us (there are still many open cases in the police over that).
Techrights exists to expose corporate corruption and oppose software patents, promote Free software etc. The reason we write about petty criminals is, you cannot just ignore those who constantly seek to harass. You can try to ignore, but just because you ignore a troll does not guarantee s/he will go away. █
