There was definitely an article in that page/URL before, but Google made its cache less publicly accessible or not publicly accessible about a year ago.
Was it removed for 'correction' or for being an accident of some kind? Was the URL altered? Was there a variation?

Strange. Maybe we'll see the article re-published or restored later. If something was retracted, there's no explanation of that.
What a shame....
Sometimes Microsoft issues threats (e.g. "we'll stop buying ads from you!") to get its way. There are all sorts of ways to censor news sites. █
