What's Very Vexing to GAFAM, EPO and Others Is That It's Incredibly Hard to Censor Us (and Nobody Ever Successfully Did That Before)
We've published nearly 50,000 articles/pages (some had minor corrections made, none got censored/deleted)

THE site started in 2006 and has since then collected many "trophies" (failed SLAPPs), demonstrating just how difficult it is to remove information here. We also successfully guarded all of our sources from unmasking and/or retribution. Some of them learned the hard way not to trust salaried (Microsoft money) "professional journalists".
We've moreover made an implicit rule for ourselves, more so after what the EPO did in 2015. If you attempt to censor factual reporting of ours (or mere opinions), then get ready for this to backfire for a very long time to come. At the EPO's management, people woke up every day (or morning) just to be horrified by leaks we published. Some of them even contacted us, desperate to hide embarrassing information about what EPO management had done.
It didn't work for them. If they worked for EPO autocrats, it would cause them embarrassment. So some of them quit their job. Good.
We very much recommend the same approach to others; resist, do not capitulate. Some months ago Neatnik basically surrendered to pressure and deleted pages. What he signalled was, any time you don't like something I publish, just threaten me and have it removed without explanation/reason.
I don't live in Russia or China (never even visited those countries) and I recognise the importance of resisting such tactics. For the sake of the community and collective interest (of the general public), please speak out when/if someone tries to silence you. Let's put an end to toxic culture of secret threats. █
