Coming Soon: Microsoft Fake Results, Mass Layoffs, and Silence About All the People Microsoft Pressured to "Quit" (So That They Don't Get Counted as Layoffs)

Microsoft HR dept’s new policy: No PIP for underperforming employees

Usually, prebunking is more effective than debunking because it prepares people for impending lies and thus inoculates or immunises against these predictable lies.

Some time soon Microsoft will - as usual - pretend that everything is great (whether Wall Street 'believes' it or not partly depend on a priori media manipulation). Then, as per verified leaks, there will be more mass layoffs (probably 7th wave this year!) and they won't speak about the many people forced to leave this month [1, 2].

There is a whole lot of disinformation going on this year. I recently learned that some Microsoft staff works all day long due to 1) fear of layoffs. 2) the assumption finding a job elsewhere is hard.

Microsoft exploits this fear to get a lot more out of staff for the same price. Microsoft isn't the only company doing this [1, 2]. █
