  • A Showerhead Mod

    Here's a long post about how I modified my showerhead to get more pressure out of it. I've encapsulated the bulk of the offensive blithering in tags, so you can skip it if you'd like.

    Governments around the world attempt to regulate everything, from simple dirt all the way up to profound human thought. Entire classes of human beings sincerely believe that the correct mode of existence in a shared space (i.e. the only habitable planet in practical range) is to centralize decision-making power, and force all to comply. Fairness, justice, equal distribution, and protection against threats (real, perceived, fabricated, or otherwise) are sufficient ideals to give the endeavor critical mass; we live in a time of extraordinary regulation.

  • [Old] Bored but also discouraged

    I really wanted to do some creative work today. Pulled out brutaldon and started working on converting my most recent personal patch to a patch request on gitlab, only to get discouraged by gitlab being so user-hostile. Went to take a look at my own list of bugs and issues, and tried to get cracking on one of them, but really couldn't. Kind of the same for writing, there's really nothing I'm in the mood to do.

  • Micro dosing on LSD

    I started with 25microgram where a normal 'dose' would be 100microgram.

    On Sunday, I wanted to see the potency of a new batch, but then realized the effect was interesting enough to continue on a more regular fashion.

    For LSD it's important to take 1 or 2 day break in between. Mushroom micro dose regiment would normally be more around 4 days on, 2 days off, while CBD is more of a daily thing.
